吉林：织补城市历史肌理活化建筑{留住乡愁}记忆
长春5月26日电(高龙安李彦国)吉林省住房和城乡建设厅厅长刘李峰26日在吉林省政府新闻办举行的新闻发布会上介绍，“十五五”期间，该省聚焦“文脉赓续”，推动历史文化街区、历史建筑保护修缮和活化利用，打造示范项目30个以上，为新产业、新业态发展拓展空间。
“十四五”时期，吉林省历史文化保护全面加强，建立全链条、全要素保护传承体系，打造历史文化街区9片、保护历史建筑434处，为城市留住了记忆和乡愁。
“五一”假期，在长春市北京大街西历史文化街区，演员与游客互动。 高龙安摄2025年5月，长春市首个建成并投入使用的历史文化街区项目——长春市北京大街西历史文化街区正式开街，围绕“文化展览、沉浸体验、艺术空间、美味生活”等业态建立起常态化运营体系；同年7月，吉林省首条“中国历史文化名街”——长春新民大街焕新开街，其独特的历史肌理和景观风貌，让这里迅速成为中外游客钟情的打卡地。
今年3月，吉林省为保证历史建筑修缮与利用的安全性与科学合理性，促进历史建筑保护与当代功能融合，正式发布了《吉林省历史建筑修缮与利用导则》。
刘李峰表示，“十五五”期间，吉林省将推动老城区、老街区专项调查成果转化应用，推进历史地段和历史建筑的认定公布工作，改造提升老旧街区(厂区)20个，以精细化治理留住城市独特记忆。“坚持以用促保、活态传承，通过‘绣花’‘织补’式微改造，推进历史建筑配套基础设施更新，推动历史文化遗产焕发新活力、绽放新魅力、注入新动力。”
刘李峰表示，吉林省还将做好长春市、吉林市、集安市3座国家历史文化名城的保护提升，加快“一汽”“长影”“吉林碳素厂”等重点工业遗产功能转换、业态升级，加强历史文化街区修复，实施伪满时期重要建筑、中东铁路沿线不可移动文物及历史建筑的保护修缮，加快长春市南广场、人民大街等历史文化街区整治提升工程。(完)
