十四五浙江高新技《术产业总》产值年均增：长13

　　杭州5月24日电(鲍梦妮)5月24日，2026年度浙江省“全国科技活动周”在杭州举行。现场，浙江省科技信息研究院党委书记、院长俞锋华发布《2026年暨“十四五”浙江省高新技术产业发展报告》(下称《报告》)。

　　《报告》显示，浙江省高新技术产业总产值从2020年的4.28万亿元提升至2025年的7.87万亿元，年均增长13%；增加值占规上工业比重从59.61%提升至69.1%，进一步确立了在该省工业结构中的核心主导地位。

　　产业规模持续扩大的同时，其产业效益亦显著提升。该省高新技术产业销售产值从2020年的4.16万亿元提升至2025年的7.66万亿元，利税占规上工业比重从65.9%提升至71.8%，成为带动工业效益提升的主导力量。

　　此外，浙江高新技术产业研发强度从2020年的3.87%提升到2025年的4.25%。新产品产值占规上工业比重由81%提高至86.5%。该省高新技术产业创新投入和产出持续保持稳步提升。

　　在产业结构方面，高新技术产业支柱作用凸显。2025年浙江高新技术产业九大行业总产值6.13万亿元，比上年增长7.7%，实现利税4790亿元，比上年增长9.0%。2025年，新能源汽车及零部件、智能物联等5个集群营收规模达到万亿级，高端船舶与海工装备、新能源装备等3个集群营收增速超20%。

　　值得注意的是，科创大走廊成为浙江的区域创新轴线。2025年，浙江省级科创走廊规上工业企业研发费用占比超4%。高新技术产业增加值占规上工业增加值比重79.4%，高新技术产业增加值比上年增长8.9%。高新园区成为产业发展核心载体。该省高新区合计贡献了全省超5成的工业总产值、超6成的出口交货值、超7成的营业收入和超8成的研发费用。

　　《报告》建议，接下来，浙江可统筹高新区与经开区发展，推进省级高新区“一区一主导产业”，支持杭甬高新区探索“一区多园”，争创世界一流高科技园区，并以科技城为核心，加快提升科创走廊整体创新能级，支持杭州城西科创大走廊打造全国科创改革首选“试验田”，率先提升全域创新能级与辐射带动能力。(完)
